Project Manager & Strategist in Sustainable Growth & Community Development
I am a creative strategist and sustainability leader working at the intersection of design, community, and systems change.
I lead community and partnerships work at PAIKKA, a design-forward gathering space in the Twin Cities, where I develop corporate retreats, public programs, and large-scale convenings focused on social sustainability, creative practice, and strategic foresight.
My background includes senior account management and client strategy, building loyalty programs and long-term partnerships for global brands such as Laneige, Blue Buffalo, Sulwhasoo, and Afloral. I bring this relationship-centered approach into nonprofit and cultural work, translating vision into meaningful experiences and durable collaborations.
I hold a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainability from Malmö University in Sweden, where my research examined how destination management organizations measure and operationalize social, economic, and environmental sustainability impact across complex networks. I also serve on the board of the Nemeth Art Center, supporting strategy and partnerships during a season of growth.
Across my work, I help organizations strategize for sustainable growth by clarifying audience, establishing category expertise, and connecting with the right stakeholders to build momentum over time.
