The Sustainability Summit at PAIKKAA was a daylong gathering exploring social sustainability, human-centered design, and the skills needed to build more resilient futures. The summit brought together designers, artists, strategists, organizers, and community leaders for panels, workshops, movement, shared meals, and facilitated conversation rooted in the Inner Development Goals framework.
Designed as both a public program and a living prototype for PAIKKA’s future-facing work, the summit translated sustainability from an abstract concept into a relational, place-based experience. Through programming, partnerships, audience strategy, and facilitation, the event positioned PAIKKA as a home for creative dialogue and sustainable growth, creating space for connection, reflection, and practical imagination.
